Kate Gibbs - The Business of Energy

SATURDAY 2PM WORKSHOP

Yoga teaches us that energy moves through each person in a specific way. Known as the Subtle Body, knowledge of these patterns of energetic movement can help you purposely manifest more of what you want in the world. These days, many people are creating new things (art, businesses, ways of relating) and unlocking the wisdom within your energetic layers is a wonderful way to support these new creations. This workshop will touch on the Chakra System (energy centers in the body) and the Koshas (layers of the Self), as well as yogic concepts of Tarka (discernment) and Spanda (energetic pulsation). A perfect workshop for the yogi entrepreneur, small business owner, or anyone desiring a deeper understanding of their own energetic layers.

A multi-instrumentalist trained at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Anderson fills her songs with images of nature, hope, and the solar system, not to mention a few puns. Anderson hails from Fairbanks, Alaska, and now splits her time between her hometown and Los Angeles.
